(click the photo to be taken to Calgo Gardens' website)
I am excited to be doing my first show in a good many years.
It must be 8 or 9 years since I last flexed my direct sales muscle.
Pray for good weather,
as I will be bringing a number of handmade cards and tags,
which do not like muggy or damp.
I will try to share some photos beforehand,
but I promise to take photos on the day of.
Wishing you all the Blessings of family
this most holy weekend.

We are a small group,
mighty pretty ATCs, that is.
I am packing up the swap,
and hope to have the returns in tomorrow's mail
(Monday, at the latest).
Because of the generosity of friends such as these,
I only needed to swap out 2 of my own cards
(3 of our group sent an extra ATC for me),
so one of you will be receiving 4 ATCs!
I am not sure when the next swap will be,
I am thinking about a
Christmas In July theme.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks so much to
Susanne, Liz, Sylvia, Maggie, and Sherry!

For anyone who doesn't know,
I have spent most of my adult life in a Frat house.
I am the only girl
(if I don't call myself a girl, who will?)
in a house full of men.
This year, my guys will just have to deal with a bit of pink.
I think I did a fair job of making pink manly.
(just ignore the pink tutu fabric in the background)

I only send a handful of Valentine Cards each year.
I created all of the embellishments/banners weeks ago,
let them sit until inspiration hit.
It was fun and freeing to work on the little bits apart from the card design.
I loved the process so much so,
that I am building a small collection of embellishments to use as need arises.
Thanks so much for visiting.
